My father had a long career with the Air Force Security Police and now currently a Lieutenant at the Enid Police Department. I have always looked up to my Father and admired his role as a Police Officer.
While playing football in college I pursued my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. I knew that I needed a backup plan just in case the NFL did not work out and my next passion was to be a Police Officer. I think being an Oklahoma City Police Officer would be a challenge with numerous opportunities to specialize as it is a very large department.
I have always thought public service was very important to giving back to the community and protecting it. I have always lived ethically and tried to be a positive role model to others. I have the highest regards and respect for police officers and aspire to fill that role and make a lifelong career in this field.
