Daniel was convicted on his birthday, December 10th, 2015 and all his rights and privileges were stripped from him. Although we know we have an uphill fight we are going to do whatever it takes.

Our next step is the Appeal Process. As you can only imagine, this has been a very costly road so far. Even if it’s $5.00, literally every dollar counts!!! With that being said, we greatly appreciate your donations and will be 100% applied to Daniel’s fight for Justice.

Daniel’s name and reputation will forever be marred by these sexual assault convictions.

The Holtzclaw Family wants to thank all of you for your support …. It is people like you supporting in Daniel’s innocence and that is what inspires us to keep fighting!!!!

“I just read the untold story that you wrote. From the beginning, even before reading this or hearing any evidence, I’ve felt in my heart that your brother was not guilty. When I heard the verdict my heart broke. I instantly knew that an innocent man was being sent to prison. I wish that there was something I could do to help out. I will tell you that I’m praying and I feel that God will allow the truth to prevail and that He will keep his hands on Daniel just as He did with Daniel in the lions den. I’m praying for your family also. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. May God give each of you peace and strength.” J.C.
